The Perfect Little Business™ Platform
What if technology made your business more human?
By handling more of the routine work around your customers, without replacing the relationships that make your business worth choosing.
The platform brings your customer conversations, booking, follow-up, payments, marketing, automation, and AI tools into one place.
01
So fewer things fall through the cracks.
02
Your team spends less time managing software.
03
And you have more time for the part that matters most.
Real relationships with real people.
What stays yours
Protect the human parts and let the system carry more of the rest.
What matters is the conversation, the judgment call, and knowing who your customer is.
The platform is built around everything that supports those relationships. It keeps more of your communication, marketing, booking, follow-up, payments, reviews, and day-to-day systems connected in one place.
Use automation for the routine work, use AI where it genuinely helps, and keep your people focused on the relationships that make your business worth choosing.
One place
A lot of your business can run from one place.
You may not need every tool below. But you probably need more than one of them. All of it is switched on from day one.
Talk to customers
Keep calls, texts, emails, customer details, and conversations together instead of scattered across different apps.
Follow up automatically
Send reminders, confirmations, nurture messages, and other follow-up based on what a customer does.
Book appointments
Manage calendars, availability, online booking, confirmations, and reminders.
Get paid
Send payment links, invoices, subscriptions, documents, and contracts.
Build your reputation
Request reviews, manage your Google Business Profile, display reviews, and collect testimonials.
Market your business
Send email campaigns, schedule social posts, organize brand assets, and run marketing campaigns from the same platform.
Capture new leads
Build forms, surveys, landing pages, funnels, chat widgets, QR codes, and other ways for customers to raise their hand.
Track what is working
See appointments, calls, marketing activity, ad performance, attribution, and business reporting.
Serve customers after the sale
Create client portals, memberships, communities, courses, and other customer experiences when your business needs them.
Connect the tools you want to keep
Use integrations to connect the platform with other parts of your business instead of forcing everything into one box.
Run the growth layer
Full CRM objects and pipelines, custom reports, memberships and communities, affiliate manager, and the full reporting suite.
Add AI where it makes sense
AI tools can help with conversations, content, reviews, support, business insights, and other tasks. You decide where AI belongs.
Nobody uses every feature, and that is fine. What changes is that you stop stitching together a new piece of software every time your business needs to do something.
Pricing
One price. Everything switched on.
There are no tiers and nothing is held back for a higher plan. The only choice is whether you pay monthly or yearly.
Monthly
$120 /month
Month to month. Cancel any time.
Get StartedYearly
$1,200 /year
Two months on us, paid once a year.
Get StartedWhat access includes
- Every feature enabled
- AI on across the platform
- An account configured for your business, by a person
- Guided onboarding
- No minimum term
Phone, email, SMS and AI are billed by usage, on top of the monthly price. You get the full rate sheet at onboarding.
In practice these are small. About $10 of usage covers roughly 7,400 emails, or 600 text segments, or 395 minutes of outbound calling.
Add-ons
Four things you can add to platform access.
Access gets you the software, configured. These are what you add when you want us building it with you, or when the business needs something the software was never going to do on its own.
We build it with you
Implementation Desk
Send us one active request at a time and we build it: workflows, forms, calendars, integrations, reports, AI setups, email and text sequences, and other system improvements. Most are delivered in three to five business days. Optional, and month to month like everything else.
Website build
Digital Presence
A website built on a codebase you own, designed to represent the real depth of your business and to be easier for both people and AI engines to understand. Kept separate from the platform on purpose, because your public home should not live inside software you rent.
AI SEO
Authority Directory
A structured library of answers to the questions your buyers are asking ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI and other engines, built so your expertise gets found, cited and recommended by the tools people now ask first.
AI implementation
Self-Improving AIOS
A custom AI operating system built around your knowledge, voice, workflows and team, with agents and systems that keep learning how your business actually decides things.
AI, in proportion
Where AI helps, and where people still matter.
We do not think AI should make a local business less personal, and we do not think the goal should be eliminating jobs.
What we have often seen is that as businesses get more efficient and grow, they need more good people, not fewer.
We think AI is most useful when it removes repetitive work around the relationship, so your team has more time for customers. Use it where it adds something and leave it out where it does not.
More AI was never the goal. What we are after is a relationship-first business that runs better than it did before.
One honest exception
Your website is the one thing we recommend keeping separate.
The platform can build websites. But we do not think your main website should live inside a platform you rent.
Your website is your public home. It is part of how customers decide whether to trust you, and increasingly part of how AI tools understand your business. So when your website matters enough to build properly, we recommend keeping it in files you own.
That is exactly how we operate. Our website lives in files we own. We use the platform for the plumbing behind the business: forms, calendars, email, follow-up, workflows, customer records, and the other systems that keep things moving.
Sign up for tools. Build on files. That is why Digital Presence is a separate line rather than a feature of the platform.
Learn About Digital PresenceQuestions
A few common questions.
Yes. The Perfect Little Business Platform runs on a white-label version of GoHighLevel that we configure, support, and bill directly. We tell you that upfront because we think you should know what you are buying.
Because $23 buys you a configured account and a local person behind it. GoHighLevel is good software and it earns its subscription. What it does not come with is someone who sets it up around how your business actually works, answers you when something breaks, and tells you honestly when a feature is not worth turning on. If you would rather run it yourself at $97, do that. We would rather tell you that than pretend the software is different.
No. AI is on and available across the platform, but you decide where it belongs in your business. Use it where it helps and leave it out where it does not.
Yes. Guided onboarding is included, and a person opens your account rather than a script. If you want us doing the building rather than guiding it, add the Implementation Desk and send us one request at a time.
Yes. Monthly is month to month with no long-term contract. Yearly is paid once and runs for the year. There is no minimum term either way.
Usage-based charges such as texting, phone calls, email, and some AI usage are billed separately. You get the full rate sheet at onboarding, and in practice these are small. To give you a sense of scale, about $10 of usage covers roughly 7,400 emails, or 600 text segments, or 395 minutes of outbound calling. Rates vary a little by region and by what you are doing, and we will show you yours.
No. Any business anywhere can join.
It can do a lot. That does not mean you have to use all of it. Start with the pieces your business needs now. Add more as you grow. None of this should make your business more complicated, since the whole point is to simplify the systems around it.
No. If you already have a tool you love, keep it. The platform can replace a number of separate systems, but it can also connect with other tools through integrations. We simplify what makes sense to simplify, rather than forcing everything into one box.
It can replace or consolidate tools for CRM, email marketing, calls and texting, booking, payments, social scheduling, reputation management, forms, funnels, reporting, memberships, and more. Everything is enabled, so nothing on that list is waiting behind a higher plan.
No. Onboarding is guided and a person sets your account up. If you would rather not build things yourself at all, that is what the Implementation Desk is for.
Add the Implementation Desk at $997 a month. You send us one active request at a time and we build it: workflows, forms, calendars, integrations, reports, AI setups, email and text sequences, and other system improvements. Most are delivered in three to five business days. Add it or drop it whenever you want.
No. In fact, we usually recommend keeping your main website separate. That is how Perfect Little Business operates too. Our website lives in files we own, while the platform handles the systems behind the business.
Your contacts and customer data can be exported. If we built your website separately through Digital Presence, you own it. And because there is no minimum term, there is no long-term contract holding you in.
Nothing changes without your say-so. Current subscribers keep their plans and pricing as they are. The HEYbirdie name is retiring in favor of Perfect Little Business, and the platform underneath continues exactly as it has.
