The 30%
The business is the funding engine.
30% of collected recurring subscription revenue from participating businesses goes to Hawaiʻi community organizations. The pool accumulates quarterly, participating businesses vote, and the winning organization receives the full quarter's pool.
Contributions are tracked in a separate account and reported in aggregate. At scale, that's on the order of $120,000 a year staying in the islands.

What happens to existing HEYbirdie accounts?
Nothing changes without your say-so. Current subscribers keep their plans and pricing as they are. The HEYbirdie name is retiring in favor of Perfect Little Business, and the platform underneath continues exactly as it has.
What counts toward the 30% community contribution?
30% of collected recurring subscription revenue from participating businesses. Usage charges (SMS, AI consumption), onboarding fees, consulting, and other one-time services are excluded. Contributions accumulate quarterly in a separate account.
Who decides where the community money goes?
Participating businesses do. Each quarter, every participating business gets one vote regardless of tier, and the organization with the most votes receives 100% of that quarter's pool. We report aggregate totals openly.
