Most owners were taught that growth means bigger: more headcount, more hustle, more hours. We believe growth means better: more right-fit clients, stronger offers, compounding authority, reclaimed time. A perfect little business stays little where little is a strength and becomes powerful where power matters.
And we believe the way there is Collective Wisdom™: humans and AI working together, doing what neither could achieve alone. AI on its own produces competent emptiness. Humans on our own can’t carry the operational weight this era demands. Together, something different happens: the machine carries the friction, the human carries the meaning, and the business starts compounding instead of consuming.
And it’s no slogan: this whole company runs on it, including this very website, which our own system built and maintains.
Dear friends since we were thirteen.
We grew up in Hawaiʻi together. The Aloha in this business belongs to both of us: stewardship over extraction, relationships over transactions, care that builds rather than depletes. We built this from opposite ends of the same conviction, and the business needs both ends to work.
Cindy Anne Molchany
Cindy founded Perfect Little Business, and the method is built on over a decade of doing the work. In 2014 she bootstrapped a directory business on $800 and grew it until the Washington Post was citing it; it sold three years later.
Since then, she’s designed 70+ online programs and products, collectively generating over $100M in client revenue. Since AI has entered the scene, she’s been on the front-lines helping her clients harness the technology to generate better client outcomes, increase lead flow, and grow their business. In 2025 the Authority Directory Method™ was born when Cindy combined her love of directory site architecture with Generative Engine Optimization, and it’s what she’s been using to help her and her clients grow since.
Cindy is the systems and strategy side of the house: the method, the builds, the agents, the harness. She runs the business from Hawaiʻi, where it’s rooted.
Tiffany Bergin
Tiffany is a certified yoga therapist, artist, and the owner of Be Aligned, a practice devoted to helping women come back into balance with their own bodies.
She is the embodied side of the house: the deep, practiced understanding that a business is lived in a body and a life, and that no system is working if the person running it is depleted.
Tiffany also came through this work herself. She built her own digital presence with the method, watched it start attracting leads and growing her visibility, and now she guides our Digital Presence builds. She walks each client through the same foundation she walked through.
When clients say this work feels different from working with an agency, Tiffany is a large part of why.
